I Piaceri: five new perfumes by Marcoccia

One of the greatest joys of teaching at the Italian Perfumery Institute is seeing students begin their professional journey in the world of perfumery.
Some of them, more interested in the marketing and communication aspects are already working. Others hold positions in raw materials quality control. Among those who are composing or evaluating fragrances, today I am writing about Mattia Sorrentino, Edda Salvadori, Diana Dobre and Manuel Attardi, who attended last year's "Fragrance Evaluator & Marketing Specialist." course.

I'll start with Diana Dobre, who I met at Esxence, working with Marcoccia Profumi (link here).

She was there to present the collection "Piaceri" (Pleasures), which she worked to in her Evaluator role.

The collection consists of five intense fragrances linked to five pleasant moments in a typical Italian day.

It begins with morning shaving ritual, with "Don Antò", a clean, elegant, traditional fougère declined with a pungent freshness and modern raw materials.

It continues with a not overly sweet gourmand breakfast named "Burro e Marmellata” (Butter and Jam).

Following, the coffee break with "NerOro", dry, bitter, with evident coffee notes.

Then, the intermezzo of "Bacio Amaro" (Sour Kiss), a black licorice candy, to end with "Lento" (Slow), evoking a bubbling flute to end a successful evening.
All the fragrances are appealing, trendy, wearable, with a touch of elegance (especially Don Antò, Lento and Bacio Amaro). But above all, they are perfectly tuned with the energy and freshness of the Marcoccia brand.

I am really happy that Diana's commitment, passion and talent have been recognized and put to good use!
